Collection & redelivery
Both journeys need an access plan. Confirm storage terms, retrieval access, expected duration and transport charges before agreeing to the arrangement.

Can I access my belongings during storage?
Access depends on the confirmed storage arrangement. Let us know whether you need regular retrieval before deciding which option fits your move.
Is storage included in a moving quote?
Storage and transport are separate parts of the scope. Ask for the storage period, conditions, collection, redelivery and any additional handling to be described in the quote.
What if my renovation is delayed?
Contact the team as early as possible. Extensions and revised delivery dates depend on availability and the agreed storage terms, so confirm changes before the original end date.
