Tell us which floor you are on and whether the lift serves it directly. Check that renovation materials are cleared and the destination is ready before arranging delivery.
Condo relocations
Check the moving window, lift reservation and loading bay with each management office. Share basement height limits and any paperwork the moving team needs.
Landed homes
Photograph staircases, turns and large items on upper floors. An item that fits through the front door may still need dismantling or a different handling plan upstairs.

What should I send for a house moving quote?
A room-by-room item list, photos of large furniture, an estimated carton count, your preferred date and the pickup and delivery areas. Include stairs, lift access and any packing or dismantling you need.
Can I move before my new home is ready?
Tell us about the gap between your move-out and move-in dates. We can discuss available storage and the separate collection and redelivery arrangements before you book.
Do I need to empty my furniture?
Empty loose contents from cabinets and drawers unless the team has agreed otherwise. Pack small items separately and keep documents, valuables and daily essentials with you. Ask about furniture that cannot be emptied or dismantled easily.
