THE DETAILS MATTER
Make the first box a good start.
We can discuss packing assistance, protective materials and furniture preparation as part of your moving quote. The materials, quantity and scope should be agreed before moving day. Keep important documents, jewellery, medication and personal valuables with you.
Do not pack hazardous liquids, flammable items or leaking containers into ordinary moving cartons. Ask us about any item you are unsure of.

Share photographs of furniture that may need dismantling or protective wrapping. Reassembly and specialist handling should be confirmed before the job.

Are cartons and packing materials included?
Materials depend on the agreed quote. Ask about quantities, delivery or collection arrangements, and any separate charges before booking.
Can you pack only the fragile items?
Tell us which items need help and provide photographs. We will assess the protection and labour required and confirm the scope; unusual or valuable items may need specialist arrangements.
What should I pack myself?
Keep identity documents, medication, jewellery, keys and personal valuables with you. Prepare an essentials bag so you do not need to search through cartons on the first night.
